Santa Marta Rooms & Studios is a project studied in detail to offer kindness and innovation to its guests, a structure where antiquity and design meet to form a combination of style. The building, dating back to 1700, has been renovated in full respect of the original architecture. Inside you will find antique pieces recovered and restored as capitals. Decorated tiles dating back to the 1920s have been carefully restored and reused inside the house and combined with modern furniture to create an urban, minimal chic style. Ancient pieces have been restored to give life to new design objects that you can find inside the rooms and in the common areas.

Furthermore, it has been renovated with thermal insulation systems to avoid the dispersion of heat or cold, thus aiming at energy savings.
The facilities are equipped with waste recycling baskets. Cosmetic products, such as soap, shampoo and body wash are Ecolabel certified. We also use cleaning products which have a low impact on the environment.
